Miss you being around BP! I’m trying to make sense of some of what’s coming out but it’s really hard to find an objective source because I don’t trust HYBE, MHJ, or the Korean Government, definitely do NOT trust Pannchoa or KPOP stans including ARMYs, Tokki’s or SM stans to be objective and truthful either. I really don’t care about most of it but I don’t like seeing all of these HYBE groups getting discredited like this. It’s all just being used for fanwars right now. I think HYBE deserves to be dragged but I don’t know why SM stans are feeling high and mighty when I think everything HYBE is being exposed for they have definitely done (tried to drag other groups in the media, inflating album numbers, dungeoning groups). I’d like to understand what HYBE is being accused of and if they actually did take part in screwing over RIIZE or fake all their album numbers or whatever people are saying and what’s just kpop stans being kpop stans. It’s hard to find anyone objective on this. I don’t want to defend HYBE because I think they’re pretty dirty, but I also know that kpop stans will run with any little spec of anything to try and discredit “rival” groups. I'm starting to really wish the BTS members would leave that company though.
*
Ask 2:
The mess that is hybe rn💀 would love to hear your thoughts on the report leaks and mhj’s recent interview
Also, hope you’re doing well!
*
Ask 3:
BPP I wish you were here to explain these HYBE documents 🥲 ARMYs are ignoring it and only people who already hate BTS and HYBE are talking about it, either that or solos. Hope you're doing well out there!
*
Ask 4:
I know you're tired of my NJZ MHJ HYBE asks bpp but I'm going crazy! I can't find anywhere on social media that is neutral about this situation. Your blog is the only place where I see another point of view so pls comment. Pls answer.
***
These are all asks from 1 month ago and earlier and I believe I've already answered similar questions in more recent asks.
I'm posting this because I'm currently trying to clean out my inbox to bring some sanity to my Tumblr so it's easy for me to start posting regularly again. However a lot (something like 40 to 50%) of the asks I've gotten in the last few months are related to NewJeans/NJZ, Min Heejin, and HYBE's strategy with them.
My question for y'all is, are people still actually interested in this topic? Is it alright with y'all if I just ignore asks about it going forward? Or would you like me to continue commenting on it?
Personally, I find the whole business with NewJeans already pre-determined because power and influence is what wins out in this industry 9 times out of 10, no matter the facts of the matter. And on the off chance NewJeans' case is the 1 time exception, their situation is already quite tragic and depressing. HYBE and HYBE fandoms will not leave these girls alone until there's a truly, immutably tragic outcome. Until there's a permanent loss of at least one soul's light. That's the only future I see in this situation because I've seen this all happen before, and I'm not sure I want to be a part of it. I'm not sure I want to continue commenting on it.
Rubbernecking when you see a gruesome car crash is normal, but for a lot of people, what's happening with NewJeans is like spectators watching damnatio ad bestias in a colosseum, complete with jeers, chants, and cheers.
This isn't a situation I want to receive asks on, or continue commenting on if I can help it. But if a significant portion of my readers want more discussions on it, then... sure.

Resistance takes many forms—marches, murals, petitions, and even Tumblr blogs like this one. In the context of Africana Studies, resistance is more than protest; it's survival, defiance, and vision in the face of systemic oppression. This blog will explore how Black communities have historically responded to unjust policies, with a focus on one of the most iconic movements of the 20th century: the Black Panther Party.
This blog will be an introduction to these powerful young men and women, putting aside years of purposeful discrediting on the part of popular media. I intend to discuss who the BPP are and the good they did for their communities.
As we discussed in class, resistance isn't always loud. It’s in the fight for fair housing, access to healthcare, dignity in media representation, and freedom from surveillance. The posts that follow will examine how resistance has manifested through culture, politics, and community power, linking historical struggles to contemporary injustices.

Hello hello once again. This is Indigo and Silver from @th3-n0sta1gic-hiv3 and this is a place for us to discuss our pony existence and stuff. We'll discuss being not mlp ponies (we love the style), what it's like having wings, and other specific stuff about us.
Edit: no donation asks or posts. They will be ignored/deleted and blocked. We don't have the money to give or the social presence.
We're 25. Silver's pronouns are he/him Indigo/Vanilla's pronouns are he/they. Silver is an alicorn and Indie is a pegasus. Species terms/nouns/whatever: horse ones, bird ones, whatever we're figuring it out.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hi I'm Indigo, I'm using my OC Vanilla Extract as my form in headspace, I really connected with it compared to most OCs I've made or tried. Soo yeah with it I'm now a pegasus, a bird pony. I'm also a ball pit pony (BPP), ie my own species I made, but most of my talks will regard being a pegasus.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hiya I'm Silver, designed this form ourselves. I'm an alicorn (among other things), a bird pony with magic. Sometimes I have wings sometimes I just have a horn, cause I'm cool like that.
Byf:
We're members of a quoigenic system, we don't care about origins, BUT that doesn't mean we are assholes to those that do. All systems are welcome to interact if they so choose (hate will either be posted with laughs and blocked, or blocked and deleted)
We're adults, NSFW may happen, mostly in writing not much in pics. Alcohol and marijuana/CBD may be mentioned here and there too
We're not mlp ponies, we just connect with the style
kin, therian, introject, not sure on what we qualify as so we'll be using all of them (if we're wrong don't be afraid to tell us politely)
Cringe culture is dead, we are what we are. Don't get pissy cause Silver is a hybrid of a bunch of stuff and Indie's a made up pony species. We both MADE OUR FORMS by choice
DNI: (copied from main)
Radqueers (instant block), transID/transrace/transdisabled/etc You are NOT trans autistic or trans Asian, you either have autism or have Asian descent or you DON'T. (Not saying people say both together this was just 2 examples of what I'm saying to make it clear of what I mean)
Anti endos (this is an endo friendly blog, I do not care about what your system origins are and you shouldn't care what mine are)
Transphobes, people who say enbies and trans men are "just women who are kidding themselves" and call trans women "men in dresses", Homophobes, enby exclusionists, ace and aro exclusionists, pan and bi exclusionists, gatekeepers generally
Pedos, MAPs, whatever other terms, Zoos, basically anyone wanting to fuck someone or something that's morally despicable and don't recognize it or get some kind of therapy for it. Also MIKs and Lolicons/loli "enjoyers"
DDLG, Ageplay, ABDL, and any other very clearly sexual/kink based thing involving someone role playing as a child STAY OFF MY PAGE I do NOT want to see sexual content and people acting as CHILDREN in the same post/statement. Hate how I wrote this? Block me
Anti-therians/otherkin/etc, anti fictives/introjects/etc, anti agere/petre/etc

I wasn't going to use the name of the account that made up lies about my friend @reflections-in-a-critical-eye, but as I say on this blog, if you don't take action, you're part of the problem.
The blog @lokisasylum is spreading lies and hatred about my friend. They've written an "anti" post about her, me and @beautifulpersonpeach (and some others I'm not familiar with), pinned it to their tumblr, in the hopes of promoting us as part of some hate-fueled block list, all in the name of Jimin.
Here's the thing. Both Reflections and BPP love Jimin. Especially Reflections — Jimin is her bias. Literally. He is her bias. She writes about him often, and she writes beautiful, eye-opening and thoughtful pieces about him. She does academic research about him, too. Today we were discussing a new scholarly article that name checks him and how wonderful it is to see him in this new piece about K-pop and queer performance (alongside Taemin and Kai!).
Promoting this kind of hatred and accusatory/call-out behaviour is not only counter to BTS' ethos, it's something someone as kind and caring as Jimin would never tolerate.
I know a lot of fans are young. @lokisasylum, you may be a pre-teen or a teen, so I'm talking to you seriously and as kindly as I can now. LYSY was about self-love, which includes self-reflection and growth. There's a better way to be a part of the Jimin fandom, a way that's inclusive and kind and all the wonderful attributes of Jimin himself. Let's make him proud. Let's do his name justice. Isn't that the best we can all do as fans?

In the midst of all this HYBE drama WOW WOW WOW this isn’t even Enha’s comeback but every song on Memorabilia rocks. These guys are so talented and versatile. And Jay! Whoa, wow. Hope you are well, BPP!
***
Hello @susanraines
Sorry for the late reply. I've been kinda neglecting Tumblr recently and this blog especially. I'm attempting to properly answer your question before Romance: Untold drops in a month.
Because, yes, I really like Memorabilia and it has everything I love about ENHYPEN.
Agreed that ENHYPEN is easily the most versatile group in HYBE right now. Easily. And the reason why is because the members themselves are versatile. All of them are incredible dancers, all of them have resonant, agile vocals, all of them have developed compelling personas. The songs on Memorabilia are good enough, but it's the members' performances of those songs that elevates them into something better.
I checked out their performance of Fatal Trouble at WeverseCon and couldn't find a single weakness, in any member.
youtube
That's the performance they gave with Jay sporting a knee injury, all seven just coming from their Fate+ tour in Japan and preparing for their next comeback.
*
What I love most about Memorabilia is seeing the growth in all the members. Take for example, Jay. He's always had my favourite vocal tone in ENHYPEN but in this album, can you hear the pipes on that man? His vocals? Perfect for any genre, but it especially shines in the pop-rock Fatal Trouble. The way he starts the second chorus of Fatal Trouble is one of the top highlights of that song IMO. Ni-ki's verse too is goosebump-inducing, as is his slowdown bridge on Teeth. Heeseung is basically the Jungkook in Enhypen with how much he carries their songs vocally but that isn't to say the others members are slacking at all in that department either. Sunoo, Jay, Jungwon, Sunghoon (he's the real Lucifer, that is all), Jake, Ni-ki - their vocal deliveries are pretty good.
Lucifer, Teeth, and to a lesser degree Fatal Trouble are the stand out tracks on Memorabilia for me. Scream I found mostly forgettable and Criminal Love and OIAB are old tracks. Overall the album is a solid 7.5/10 from me.
I have serious doubts about the intelligence and ethics of the top honchos at Belift, but whoever is sourcing their songs knows what he/she is doing. At least so far. I suspect their upcoming album will have a lighter tone, and that's usually not my thing but I'm looking forward to it in any case.

Do you have a masterpost for your cat witch series? Love seeing all the art when it comes across my dash but I don't know who everyone is or the overall story ;w;
AH unfortunately i do not.,.....everything is just thrown together on this blog in an unorderly way and at this point it would be impossible to organize..,.
i never wrote an actual formal story for them anywhere, I just draw random scenes in my head that i feel like drawing and ramble about things in the story i feel like rambling about!!
but if it helps!! on my blog i think the #ocs tag should have all the art related to my ocs, and #bpp should have all the text posts containing thoughts and lore!! again most of what i post jumps around the story a lot, but the more recent the post the more accurate it is to the current story in my head!!
(theres also a few webtoon episodes if you look up the cat witch's guild on there, but i dont update them anymore due to time and effort lmfao..)
also if anyone has any ideas on what would be helpful summarizing the story in a nutshell... i am open to suggestions...

Why High-Risk Pregnancy Doctor Appointments Are Crucial for You and Your Baby
Pregnancy is a profound journey filled with excitement, change, and anticipation. For some women, however, this journey requires special attention due to potential complications that can arise during gestation. This is known as a high-risk pregnancy. Whether caused by pre-existing medical conditions, age, or pregnancy-related issues, high-risk pregnancies require specialized care to ensure the health and safety of both mother and baby. One of the most critical components of managing such pregnancies is consistent and timely High-Risk Pregnancy Doctor Appointments.
These appointments are far more than routine checkups—they are life-saving touchpoints. A high-risk pregnancy doctor possesses the expertise to monitor risks, intervene when needed, and provide individualized care plans. In this blog, we will delve deep into why these appointments are essential and how they support the wellbeing of both the mother and the unborn child.
Tumblr media
Understanding High-Risk Pregnancy
A pregnancy is labeled "high-risk" when there are increased chances of health problems for the mother, baby, or both. Common factors include:
Advanced maternal age (35 or older)
Pre-existing medical conditions (diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders)
Multiple gestation (twins or more)
Lifestyle factors (smoking, alcohol consumption, poor nutrition)
Previous pregnancy complications
Preeclampsia or gestational diabetes in current pregnancy
hen any of these conditions are present, it’s imperative to seek medical support from a gynecologist in Lucknow who specializes in managing high-risk pregnancies.
Why Specialized Doctor Appointments Are Vital
1. Early Detection of Complications
The most significant advantage of regular High-Risk Pregnancy Doctor Appointments is early detection. Many conditions like gestational diabetes, fetal growth restriction, or preeclampsia may not present symptoms initially. However, a trained high-risk pregnancy doctor can identify warning signs through diagnostic tools, lab tests, and ultrasounds before they develop into major complications.
Early diagnosis ensures early intervention, which significantly reduces the risk of premature birth, low birth weight, and other developmental issues.
2. Customized Monitoring Plans
Every high-risk pregnancy is unique. What might be a concern in one pregnancy may not be in another. Specialized doctors tailor the care regimen to suit your individual needs. This includes frequent scans, lab tests, nutritional assessments, and fetal monitoring.
Through personalized monitoring, potential issues are identified and addressed proactively. The mother’s overall physical and emotional health is also closely observed to ensure she is coping well with the additional demands of a high-risk pregnancy.
3. Specialized Delivery Planning
High-risk pregnancies often necessitate special considerations for delivery. Vaginal birth may not always be the safest option, especially in cases of placenta previa, breech positioning, or if the mother has had previous surgeries like a cesarean.
In such scenarios, having access to the best Gynae Laparoscopic surgeon in Lucknow becomes an important factor in planning a safe and successful delivery. Laparoscopic surgeons are skilled in minimally invasive procedures and are invaluable when surgical intervention becomes necessary.
What to Expect During High-Risk Pregnancy Appointments
The format and frequency of High-Risk Pregnancy Doctor Appointments differ from regular prenatal checkups. Some of the key elements include:
Advanced Screenings
In addition to regular ultrasounds, you may undergo:
Fetal echocardiography
Non-stress tests (NST)
Biophysical profiles (BPP)
Doppler flow studies These tests help in closely tracking fetal development, oxygen supply, and movements.
Detailed Blood Work
Blood tests will be more frequent and may include assessments for clotting disorders, infections, anemia, and gestational diabetes. Keeping track of these parameters is crucial for preventing complications.
Medication and Supplements
High-risk pregnancies may require tailored medication regimens or supplements such as folic acid, iron, low-dose aspirin, or insulin. Your doctor will provide detailed guidance and monitor for any side effects.
Emotional and Psychological Support
Dealing with a high-risk pregnancy can be emotionally taxing. Frequent doctor visits offer more than just medical check-ins—they also provide reassurance, emotional support, and practical guidance. A compassionate gynecologist in Lucknow will not only monitor physical wellbeing but also help the patient navigate mental health challenges like anxiety, fear, or depression.
The Importance of a Multidisciplinary Team
High-risk pregnancies often require the collaboration of various specialists, including:
Endocrinologists
Cardiologists
Neonatologists
Nutritionists
Laparoscopic surgeons
Choosing a healthcare provider with access to a multidisciplinary team ensures comprehensive care. Having a seamless network of experts enhances the outcome for both mother and baby and ensures there are no gaps in treatment or communication.
Benefits of Choosing a Specialist in Your Area
When looking for a high-risk pregnancy doctor, proximity is key. Emergencies can arise unexpectedly, and having a reliable specialist nearby is essential. If you’re based in or near Lucknow, selecting a gynecologist in Lucknow with a track record in high-risk pregnancies ensures access to timely care, state-of-the-art facilities, and local support networks.
Moreover, the best Gynae Laparoscopic surgeon in Lucknow will be well-versed with the latest technologies and surgical protocols. Whether it's planning a cesarean or managing a complication that requires intervention, your safety and comfort are greatly enhanced by expert hands.
What to Look for in a High-Risk Pregnancy Doctor
Credentials and Experience: Seek someone with specialized training and years of experience.
Hospital Affiliation: Ensure they’re affiliated with a reputed hospital or clinic equipped for emergency care.
Communication Style: A good doctor should explain complex issues in simple terms and involve you in decision-making.
Accessibility: Your doctor should be available for questions or emergencies between appointments.
Empower Yourself Through Knowledge
While high-risk pregnancies require more care and monitoring, they can still lead to healthy births when managed well. Educating yourself about your condition, attending every appointment, and following your doctor’s guidance is essential.
Take an active role in your pregnancy:
Keep a journal of symptoms
Follow your prescribed diet and medications
Stay physically active as advised
Avoid stressors
Attend all scheduled appointments
Your involvement can significantly impact the outcome of your pregnancy.
High-Risk Pregnancy Doctor Appointments are not merely suggestions—they are necessities. They act as the foundation for safe pregnancy management, providing critical monitoring, emotional support, and timely intervention. Choosing the right high-risk pregnancy doctor, especially one experienced in high-stakes maternal care, can make all the difference in your journey.
If you're looking for a compassionate and experienced gynecologist in Lucknow, we recommend visiting Dr. Mansi Dhingra, an accomplished Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. She boasts over a decade of extensive expertise and holds a prestigious membership with the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in London, UK. Visit Narika Women’s Health Clinic to ensure the best care for you and your baby.

Hi Anon :)
Now, I don't know if you've heard, but markets everywhere are in the red, billions wiped off the board in minutes, impending Armageddon as we face a potential recession coinciding with Trump's re-election and all that jazz.
Basically, work has been kicking my ass and I've been enjoying it. Yes, really. Don't send help I like the pain.
But I'm here in time for jikook's show! It's dropping in about 72 hours (I think) and I'm so ready to lose my mind alongside the rest of you over those fruity skittles rainbow surprise bros skinny-dipping in Jeju. Plus the other shenanigans they've kindly recorded for us to watch.
How are you?
I assume you're still alive, despite the Borasphere fully engulfed in flames and martial law invoked. Do you still have all your hair? How's your teeth? Are you streaming Muse?
Let me know.

One of the most powerful forms of resistance is controlling your own narrative. The media constantly depicted the Black Panther Party as dangerous, ignoring their breakfast programs, clinics, and liberation schools. Headlines called them "militant" or "terrorist," paving the way for state violence and public fear.
Our course highlighted how media has always been a tool of the state. Whether it was to distort the BPP or discredit modern activists, the press plays a key role in public perception. This is why reclaiming truth through platforms like this blog is revolutionary work. I remember our discussion about media being a key part of how movements for liberation were perceived. Also i want to highlight the class where we spoke about how getting too much publicity is very dangerous even for the average protestor. Edward Crawford and other protestors like him who saw limelight briefly have died since the news about them slowed down. Nothing can be confirmed for sure but I found our talk about it thought provoking.

Hi BPP! Happy New Year!
Would you mind elaborating on your answer to a recent Enhypen ask in your other blog? You said “They are constantly underestimated, dismissed, and/or hated.” I’ve picked up on some of this (I-Land origin stuff, HYBE stuff, purportedly bullying Sunoo stuff) but how can anyone hate these boys? Would love to hear your thoughts and fully understand. Thank you!
***
Hi @susanraines !
Yeah I find the guys to be totally lovable as well, but lol, it's k-pop. Most of what people do here is hate. And they don't need a reason for it.
All the reasons you listed also contribute to it, but I’d like to frame some of those factors like this:
The Enhypen boys just tend to mind their business, live on planes, and dork it out on their floor of the HYBE building. They're a 3 year old group and their worst scandal is the equivalent of JK ranking BTS members' looks in their early years and a decent helping of colorism, but if the setting was their dorms not on variety shows. Not like that's something to be proud of, but so far Enhypen are just the dorky vampires who perform well and make good music. And they are, relatively speaking, unproblematic.
That pisses a lot of people off. More than you'd expect.
There's also the HYBE tax they suffer from, which is when any talents they have is discounted by default by wider k-pop fandom if it comes from a HYBE idol/group. K-pop stans like to pretend like they're above this sort of thing, but the reality is that the Big3 defined the tastes, trends, and norms that persisted in the industry for decades, most k-pop stans were in a sense 'raised' by structures formed by the Big3, and so they've developed a bias for it if for no other reason than familiarity. BigHit and then HYBE are the usurpers of this system (not to be dramatic). HYBE is the 'monopoly', the Korean squid upending the ordained structure and feening to remove "k-" from k-pop. A lot of k-pop stans don't like BTS, ARMYs, and what they think HYBE stands for, and that bias shows up in how they talk about HYBE groups. Imagine there are people who would rather lick a frog than say Jungkook is a better singer and vocalist than Taemin. Or say insane shit like 'performance groups are not talented'. That's the kind of bias we're dealing with here.
Personally, I don't consider the group to be a vocal powerhouse. At least not in the way a k-pop stan would think of a vocal group. I do think Enhypen has stellar vocals for the songs they do. They've improved in live performances since debut and that's always a good sign. Heeseung is one of the best vocalists in 4th gen in my opinion, Sunoo is versatile and both Jay and Jungwon provide significant tonal support to their songs. The other members are evidently average or better than average vocalists. And that's fine. Ni-ki and Heeseung are average rappers but I'd love to hear Jungwon rap more. I feel his voice and the way he pronounces words give him good potential to be a rapper.
And in dancing, Enhypen has to be in the top 3 groups in their generation given it's a core strength for all seven members. Dancers love Enhypen for a reason, the group's choreographies feature more floorwork in one comeback than other group's do their entire careers, and the imagery in their performances creatively tell stories in the most complex ways.
Enhypen's vocal abilities, dance and performance cred, etc will likely be discounted in discussions including their peers unfortunately, until the group becomes too big to be significantly affected by k-pop stan chatter. Back when BTS debuted, everyone acknowledged they were a stellar group. The problems started after everybody realized everybody else felt the same way about BTS, it was only then that sentiment changed. Suddenly the group couldn't be criticized enough (though it's not like War of Hormone helped). Even with all that, BTS kept gaining fans because they were just that good, but it was a major uphill battle against Big3 fandoms. BTS was still being dismissed in 2019... as not being talented or worth the hype, and this was a time the group became the first to sell out Wembley stadium on multiple nights. Some k-pop stans kept up that narrative until BTS was nominated for a Grammy in 2020....
So, anybody expecting a positive reception from k-pop stans towards Enhypen at the stage they're at is probably going to be disappointed. That privilege is left for Big 3 groups, in fact, that's one way Big 3 privilege shows up. For Enhypen fans, I'd say prepare instead for a trajectory is similar to the Nike swoosh logo ✔
-> massively popular at debut (peak)
-> wider fandom overcorrects and criticism of the group ratchets up (trough)
-> group is constantly undermined (slow recovery)
-> if group continues to peak it forces reluctant acknowledgment from wider k-pop fandom (re-peak).
It's the same thing that happened to NewJeans, how sentiment towards them changed after their first album pre-order numbers dropped. Suddenly, people went from loving Attention and Hype Boy as "fresh and unique", to assertively affirming that the music was 'basic R&B that SM and other groups do all the time and is nothing special'. Suddenly, despite Izone, IVE, Itzy, NMIXX, Classy, Lapulis, StayC, Le Sserafim, etc all debuting maknaes aged 13 - 15 years old, for NewJeans their ages were a fatal flaw necessitating a boycott. Then the Min Heejin reveal and Cookie happened and most people on the fence now had a good reason to criticize the group and reverse bias. Until everybody saw everyone else felt the same, sentiment was very positive. [The only reason NewJeans is still so popular despite generally negative bias from k-pop stans, is because their reach expanded beyond k-pop circles basically at debut. NewJeans already has so many casual fans outside k-pop, that it doesn't matter how intensely the niche sub-set of k-pop stans hate them. ]
This is all before we get into the pathetic clusterfuck that is the impact of akgaes on the group/fandom. And what it's done to Enhypen's fandom.
Anyway, k-pop today is far more competitive, the stans remain just as vicious and cut-throat, and the stakes are higher in a sense. Enhypen will be fine though. This post isn't meant to be alarmist or fuel any paranoia of 'people going after' the group. It's just that for any group that's in their position, it's typical to expect hate and the sort the doesn't make sense. It's up to the fans to focus on the group, highlight the group's talents and performances as much as possible, leave good and critical feedback for the members in lives, comments, etc, and enjoy being fans of a group as talented as these guys. For as long as it works for them.

GenOps: MLOps’ Advancement For Generative AI Solutions
Tumblr media
Organizations frequently encounter operational difficulties when they attempt to use generative AI solutions at scale. GenOps, also known as MLOps for Gen AI, tackles these issues.
DevOps principles and machine learning procedures are combined with GenOps to deploy, track, and manage Gen AI models in production. It guarantees that Gen AI systems are dependable, scalable, and ever-improving.
Why does MLOps pose a challenge to Gen AI?
The distinct issues posed by Gen AI models render the conventional MLOps approaches inadequate.
Scale: Specialized infrastructure is needed to handle billions of parameters.
Compute: Training and inference require a lot of resources.
Safety: Strong protections against hazardous content are required.
Quick evolution: Regular updates to stay up to speed with new discoveries.
Unpredictability: Testing and validation are made more difficult by non-deterministic results.
We’ll look at ways to expand and modify MLOps concepts to satisfy the particular needs of Gen AI in this blog.
Important functions of GenOps
The many components of GenOps for trained and optimized models are listed below:
Gen AI exploration and prototyping: Use open-weight models like Gemma2, PaliGemma, and enterprise models like Gemini and Imagen to experiment and create prototypes.
Prompt: The following are the different actions that require prompts:
Prompt engineering: Create and improve prompts to enable GenAI models to produce the intended results.
Versioning prompts: Over time, manage, monitor, and regulate changes to prompts.
Enhance the prompt: Use LLMs to create a better prompt that optimizes output for a particular job.
Evaluation: Use metrics or feedback to assess the GenAI model’s responses for particular tasks.
Optimization: To make models more effective for deployment, use optimization techniques like quantization and distillation.
Safety: Install filters and guardrails. Safety filters are included into models like Gemini to stop the model from responding negatively.
Fine-tuning: Apply further tuning on specialized datasets to pre-trained models in order to adapt them to certain domains/tasks.
Version control: Handle several iterations of the datasets, prompts, and GenAI models.
Deployment: Provide integrated, scalable, and containerized GenAI models.
Monitoring: Keep an eye on the real-time performance of the model, the output quality, latency, and resource utilization.
Security and governance: Defend models and data from intrusions and attacks, and make sure rules are followed.
After seeing the essential elements of GenOps, let’s see how the traditional MLOps pipeline in VertexAI may be expanded to include GenOps. The process of deploying an ML model is automated via this MLOps pipeline, which combines continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous training (CI/CD/CT).

Continue MLOps to assist with GenOps
Let’s now examine the essential elements of a strong GenOps pipeline on Google Cloud, from the first testing of potent models across several modalities to the crucial factors of deployment, safety, and fine-tuning.Sample architecture for GenOps
Let’s investigate how these essential GenOps building blocks can be implemented in Google Cloud.
Data: The route towards Generative AI begins with data
Examples of few shots: Model output structure, phrasing, scope, and pattern are guided by the examples provided by few-shot prompts.
Supervised fine-tuning dataset: A pre-trained model is adjusted to a particular task or domain using this labeled dataset.
The golden evaluation dataset is used to evaluate how well a model performs in a certain activity. For that particular objective, this labeled dataset can be used for both metric-based and manual evaluation.
Prompt management: Vertex AI Studio facilitates the cooperative development, testing, and improvement of prompts. Within shared projects, teams can enter text, choose models, change parameters, and save completed prompts.
Model fine-tuning: Using the fine-tuning data, this stage entails adapting the Gen AI model that has already been trained to certain tasks or domains. The two Vertex AI techniques for fine-tuning models on Google Cloud are listed below:
When labeled data is available and the job is well-defined, supervised fine-tuning is a viable choice. It works especially well for domain-specific applications where the content or language is very different from the huge model’s original training set.
Strengthening Human feedback is used in learning from human feedback (RLHF) to fine-tune a model. In situations where the model’s output is intricate and challenging to explain, RLHF is advised. It is advised to use supervised fine-tuning if defining the model’s output isn’t challenging.
Visualization tools such as TensorBoard and embedding projector can be used to identify irrelevant questions. These prompts can then be utilized to prepare answers for RLHF and RLAIF.
UI can also be developed utilizing open source programs like Google Mesop, which facilitates the evaluation and updating of LLM replies by human assessors.
Model evaluation: GenAI models with explainable metrics are assessed using Vertex AI’s GenAI Evaluation Service. It offers two main categories of metrics:
Model-based measures: A Google-exclusive model serves as the judge in these metrics. Pairwise or pointwise measurements of model-based metrics are made with it.
Metrics based on computation: These metrics (like ROUGE and BLEU) compare the model’s output to a reference or ground truth by using mathematical formulas.
A paired model-based evaluation method called Automatic Side-by-Side (AutoSxS) is used to assess how well pre-generated forecasts or GenAI models in the VertexAI Model Registry perform. To determine which model responds to a prompt the best, it employs an autorater.
Model implementation:
Models that do not require deployment and have controlled APIs: Gemini, one of Google’s core Gen AI models, has managed APIs and is capable of accepting commands without requiring deployment.
Models that must be implemented: Before they may take prompts, other Gen AI models need to be deployed to a VertexAI Endpoint. The model needs to be available in the VertexAI Model Registry in order to be deployed. There are two varieties of GenAI models in use:
Models that have been refined through the use of customized data to adjust a supported foundation model.
Models using GenAI without controlled APIs Numerous models in the VertexAI Model Garden, such as Gemma2, Mistral, and Nemo, can be accessed through the Open Notebook or Deploy button.
For further control, some models allow for deployment to Google Kubernetes Engine. Online serving frameworks, such as NVIDIA Triton Inference Server and vLLM, which are memory-efficient and high-throughput LLM inference engines, are used in GKE to serve a single GPU model.
Monitoring: Continuous monitoring examines important metrics, data patterns, and trends to evaluate the performance of the deployed models in real-world scenarios. Google Cloud services are monitored through the use of cloud monitoring.
Organizations can better utilize the promise of Gen AI by implementing GenOps techniques, which help create systems that are effective and in line with business goals.
